Yogacharya Vivek Tiwari is one of the Certified, Educated and highly experienced Yoga Teachers of India.
For 25 years, he has been practicing and teaching Yoga.
He started his journey in 1996 by participating in inter college Yoga competitions.
In 1999 he finished Diploma in Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences.
In 1999 and 2000, he was selected for Interuniversity National Competitions and represented University of Pune.
He joined Art of Living workshop and learned Sudershan Kriya and practiced, he realized many positive changes and Energy because of Sudershan Kriya.
In 2004, he done 9 months duration Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Education (PGDYEd) from Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute Lonavala.
From 2006 he joined Kaivalyadham as a Yoga Teacher in the Health Care Center.
He became a popular Yoga Teacher of Kaivalyadham. But during his Yoga Competition practices, because of lack of scientific and Anatomical knowledge, he developed Cervical and Lumbar problems.
After observing other Yoga Experts from some other Yoga Institutes, he realized that because of wrong Yoga practices without Anatomical and Scientific understanding, I am suffering from spinal issues and it is becoming more serious day by day. So in 2010 after completing a Master’s Degree in Yoga, he left his job from Kaivalyadham and moved to Mumbai, Hyderabad and then Bengaluru in search of proper scientific and anatomical knowledge.
He became Certified STOTT PILATES Instructor in Mat and Reformer in 2011.
Started in Bengaluru, but now his teaching was fully scientific and anatomical.
Many Indian and Foreigner students appreciated his teaching.
In the end of 2012 he moved to Singapore and joined in Yoga studio as a Yoga Teacher and Pilates Instructor.
But being a pure vegetarian found it very difficult to manage and in 2013 again joined Kaivalyadham. Because of his unique teaching style of Yoga in a scientific and anatomical way, he became a very popular Yoga Teacher of Kaivalyadham.
Meanwhile he conducted several Yoga workshops and seminars on Stress Management, Back Pain, Cancer Workshops, Pranayama Workshops, Yoga for Dentists in Femdent Show at Femdent Show at World Trade Center Mumbai, Round Square Conference in Mayo College, Ambay Valley City, Mumbai Kaivalyadham etc.
In 2015, he was selected through Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India and was deputed to High Commission of India, Uganda and Rwanda, Africa to conduct 1st International Day of Yoga. In April 2016, he was deputed to The Consulate General of India, St. Petersburg, Russia for 2 years and 3 months.
He made history in The Indian Consulate, St. Petersburg, Russia as a founder of Indian Yoga and Culture.
During his tenure, he conducted regular Yoga classes in the Indian Consulate and also conducted Yoga Sessions, demonstrations, workshops, Indian Cultural programs in various International Events and Festivals.
He was deputed to some Historical places of Russia like Murmansk, Kandalaksh, and Tundra for the promotion of Yoga during his stay.
His tenure was of 2 years, but because of his performance, the Government of India extended his stay for 3 more months till July 2018.
He celebrated and conducted the Common Yoga Protocol of International Day of Yoga in 2016, 2017 and 2018 in The Historical Places of St. Petersburg, Russia.
After coming back to India, he again joined Kaivalyadham as a Senior Yoga Teacher in The Scientific Research Department and College Department.
Thousands of Students, Participants and Patients of Kaivalyadham benefited because of his unique teaching style.
During the pandemic time of Corona, he conducted online courses and various Yoga workshops like Yoga for Senior Citizens, Yoga for Immunity, Yoga for increasing Lungs and breathing capacity, Practical and Professional understanding of Yoga for Yoga Professionals etc.
In May 2022, he left Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute and started his own Yoga Institute, “The Classical Shivayoga Heritage of India” and started online Yoga sessions.
